NEW: Cancellation Policy

Cancellation Period: A full refund will be provided if the ski club is notified at least three weeks in advance. In the past it has been two weeks, however, it has been difficult to fill vacancies within two weeks.

Cancellation impact to lottery position: Once a cabin use date has been accepted and paid for, the following year you will be placed in lottery pool 1 (lowest likelhood of winning a date). In the past if you cancelled you would hold your lottery position for the next year. People have been cancelling to achieve a more favourable date when weather conditions are not ideal. This has resulted in a dramatic rise in cancellations and unfilled nights.

2026-27 Memberships

Memberships can be purchased for entry into the lottery Mid-Sept (TBA) - Oct 31.

Memberships can also be purchased after the lottery from Dec 4 - Aug 31. However, you will not be eligible for the lottery or to be a trip leader.

Memberships are valid from September 1 to August 31.

2026-27 Lottery

Lottery date selections will be open to members Nov 2-15.

The lottery will be held on Nov 18.
